Boutique Building Company Fremantle based with ongoing residential custom projects and with a focus on heritage restoration are looking for an experienced Estimator / Scheduler full time or part time to join our professional yet friendly team.

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Good work ethics and reliability.
• High communication skills written and verbal.
• Must be computer literate inclusive high level of Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and Microsoft Project. Also knowledge of Cubit software would be an advantage.
• Proven minimum 5 years' WA experience in the building industry is a must for the right candidate.
• Candidate must be able to read and understand construction drawings, schedules, specifications, tender documents, interact with clients and architects, submit queries and RFIs, prepare POs and VOs and able to provide accurate estimates. Be responsible for bill of quantities, take-offs, scheduling and quotations.
• Job description includes daily scheduling for residential and commercial sites, engaging of suppliers and trades, analyse programs and keen time management to enable completion of programs in the required timeframes.
• Good negotiation skills are essential.
• Car license

Candidates from overseas or without proven local WA experience will not be considered. Candidate must have permanent residency and full work rights in Australia.

Salary package will be negotiated individually in accordance with skills and experience.
