IJF Australia Pty Ltd is a national market leader in the commercial contract joinery fit out industry, specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of joinery to high rise apartments, commercial offices, hospitals and hotel fit outs.
IJF is seeking to appoint a Project Administrator to our Projects Team who will deliver outstanding administration support.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparation of all Shop Drawing's from Architect design
- Document Control via Aconex or similar IT software
- Setup and maintenance of Construction Scopes & Grids, using Excel
- Updating project documentation, as required
- Support the Project Coordinator and the wider team, when necessary, in all aspects of project management.
Your demonstrated skills:
- Strong administration skills
- Previous work experience using Auto CAD software for the preparation of drawings.
- Ability to prioritise
- Highly motivated
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Commitment to team work
We are committed to recruit a suitably qualified individual to join our team and previous joinery/cabinet making experience, is highly desirable.
As part of our recruitment process, we will assess your AutoCAD skills and this will happen at our head office, located at Wingfield.
