  • This role involves providing administrative support for the plumbing requirements on a large commercial site

Responsibilities include

  • Project Site Office Setup
  • Support the project team in all administrative functions including processing of claims, monitoring cost reports, timesheets and reviewing contractor claims
  • Ensuring Aconex RFIs are responded to as per contract time bars
  • Attend program progress meetings
  • Creation of workflow manuals on contractual time bars and processes for project
  • Participate in QA Audits
  • Assisting in various roles

 

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role the Project Administrator will ideally have the following:

  • Recently graduated or close to completing a Project Management/Construction degree or diploma
  • Able to take direction and work within a team environment
  • Self-motivated with strong communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to different situations and organise priorities autonomously to get everything done within a reasonable timeframe
  • Good computer skills including Excel, Outlook, Word, Aconex, Web FM or similar
  • Ability to handle deadlines
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.

     

    Salary is negotiable on experience.
