Client: Our client is a leading national construction company with projects across commercial and civil works. With over 30 years of national presence and sustained growth they have made a name for themselves across Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane. Their growth looks set to continue throughout 2018 with records levels of projects locked in for the coming year.

We are currently looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager for a commercial project in the CBD.

In your role you will be tasked with overseeing the daily organisation of all on-site activities including but not limited to;

• Coordination of staff, contractors and suppliers onsite
• Weekly forecasting and programming
• Overseeing all OH&S and IR issues
• Managing QA across the whole project
• Labour hire management

To be successful in this role you will have a charismatic demeanour, strong communication and leadership skills and come from a trade background. You will have an exemplary record in the Melbourne construction market overseeing complete projects in excess of $40m with strong, well established tier 1 or 2 builders.
