An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a highly talented and experienced Structures Foreman who is seeking a long career with one of Australia’s leading builders. We have recently secured multiple large developments and the need for top-class structures specialist is immediate on one of our major projects in Parramatta.
 
We are also looking at some of the most exciting and high-profile projects to deliver over the next 5-10 years, with Sydney’s best professionals encouraged to come on board.
 
The successful candidate will initially be responsible for the highly effective supervision of a challenging building structure valued at approx. $300M.
 
This role will also be responsible for quality, HSE, staff management, subcontractor/supplier management, industrial relations, and all site related activities.
 
You will also have extensive experience negotiating and influencing outcomes, ensuring conflicts are managed appropriately. You are a genuine leader with a positive approach and you will demonstrate strong time management, planning and organisational skills.
 
The ideal candidate will:

• Possess a relevant trade
• Strong people management skills
• Show initiative and adaptability
• Have had exposure to major external and internal structures
• Have advanced Computer skills with Microsoft packages
• Possess appropriate OHS qualifications
• Be able to show longevity with past employers and exemplary references
