AECOM Construction Services are leading the successful delivery of the Easing Sydney Congestion (ESC) program based from the RMS project office in Parramatta. This is a major project dedicated to improving some of Sydney’s most notorious bottle necks and pinch points across multiple sites in Sydney’s inner suburbs.
AECOM Construction Services are looking to hire multiple specialists in to the ESC Program to work across all projects phases; concept to completion. These specialists will have a genuine interest in improving Sydney’s road network and reducing congestion through major road improvements and innovative engineering solutions.
In particular we are seeking the following proven civil construction specialists:
- Project Managers
- Project Engineers
- Surveillance Officers
- Site Engineers
- Safety Managers and Officers
- Estimators
Due to the nature of the work, it would be ideal for suitable candidates to hold some of the following:
- Relevant Qualifications; ideally Civil Engineering or Construction related
- Proven project experience in civil road infrastructure, ideally RMS projects
- Knowledge or exposure to RMS standards, frameworks and procedures across project lifecycle (concept-completion)
- Confident communication technique with an ability to coordinate and operate across complex stakeholder groups
- Previous client-facing roles on roadworks and road infrastructure projects will always be strongly considered
- Must have an excellent and proven understanding of Australian Standards and Policy

These positions are subject to Fixed Term appointments and are project based; therefore the majority of roles mentioned are available up until June 2020, with a view of further project assignments and permanent roles across AECOM’s diversified project pipeline thereafter.
