Retaining Wall Group is a Victorian based privately owned company. RWG  specialise in the construction of timber and concrete sleeper retaining walls, in both the residential and commercial area throughout Melbourne and Geelong area. Unlike other carpenters and landscapers, we only build retaining walls, all day, every day!

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Must have at least 3 years experience in the building and construction of retaining walls
• Truck endorsed and Bobcat excavator license an advantage

Be self motivated, have knowledge and understanding of engineering /Job Site plans, work competently and consistently to timelines. Excellent presentation, communications skills and punctuality.

Job Description

• Retaining Wall construction
• As a team leader, not only set an example but also work within a  team environment
• Positive communication skills and be able to look outside the square
• Able to proactively  build relationships with Customers and Building  Site Supervisors &  Employees
•  An understanding of  OHS operational paperwork and work with a safety first attitude to ensure company's Worksafe compliance is in order!
