The Client
  
Our client provides insightful, efficient and effective solutions for their clients. With a national footprint this consultancy have partnered with a high end retailer and are looking for a Project Manager to join the team and deliver this exciting projects.
  
The role

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:   
  • Managing project development from initiation to closure
  • Accountability for project results ensure delivery is on time, on budget etc.
  • Working with clients and other stakeholders to complete scope, goals, deliverable's, required resourcing budgets and timelines
  • Responsibility and accountability for all projects scheduling
  • Resolving or escalating any issues and solving problems in a timely fashion throughout the project life-cycle
  • Managing external resources required to complete the
  • Tracking and reporting on project milestones and providing status reports internally and to the client
  • Health and safety compliance
  
About you

Ideally, your skills have been developed working within retail, or possibly as a Project Manager within a shop-fitting company. You will have excellent end-to-end retail project delivery skills including:
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Experience working in a team orientated, collaborative environment
  • Ability to interpret, understand and direct design documentation
  • Experience in managing tender documents, response review, vendor selection and appointment
  • Excellent relationship management - designers, shopfitters, landlord, suppliers and most importantly, client
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills, both written and verbal
