ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to ongoing growth and expansion we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Cost Manager / Project Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our rapidly growing Australian operation. This role will ensure that our store builds' costs are properly understood. You will also be instrumental in helping us negotiate the right price for the right materials

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Do estimations for new store builds;
  • Work with pre-existing templates to understand template build costs'
  • Price new templates costs as they come online;
  • Research building materials that are cost effective for Australia;
  • Use your cost analysis and volume projections to negotiate the best price

WHAT YOU NEED

  • To travel to Germany for 1 month for initial training;
  • Existing network and contacts with relevant large suppliers;
  • 2+ years' in a similar role or building surveyor background;
  • Experience with the tendering process;
  • Excellent time-management and planning skills;
