The Role
• Wall & Roof Frame and Truss Estimating & Detailing.
• Provide customer service to trade customers
• Pricing and quoting
• Handling incoming customer enquiries
• Resolving customer queries
• Ensure all enquiries/concerns are followed up within required time
• Liaise with sales team and customers
The ideal candidate
• Previous Estimating and detailing experience
• Previous Trade experience is preferred
• Customer service experience
• An ability to work in and contribute to a team
• Ability to interpret plans
