Project Manager – Tier 1 Builder

Tier 1 builder new to the Sydney market are currently looking for an experienced project manager and a senior project engineer to join the growing Sydney business.
  
Although new to the Sydney market this award-winning builder have built large flagship construction projects interstate on commercial projects more than $600m in value.
  
Position
Reporting in to the state manager the role will initially work on an existing $40m package of works whilst working with a bid team for a tender in excess of $350m.
  
As project manager you will have direct responsibility for client and contractual management as well as management and coordination of a highly capable team of site engineers, project engineers, site managers and contracts administrators.
  
You
To be successful you will come from one of two paths; the first an experienced PM that has worked for tier 1 or tier 2 builder/s in your career and can show a stable career history and delivery of successful projects. Project experience should not be predominately residential and should be on values that are at least $80m+.
  
The second background considered will be a senior project engineer who is currently working for a tier 1 builder who is looking to step up to the next challenge in their career as a project manager.
