Reporting to the Contracts Manager and joining a team of CA's, You will be responsible for the successful management of contracts across their multi residential portfolio
About You
- 2+ years as a Contract Administrator in Australia
- HIGH RISE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
- Successful management of various projects with a total value of $100Million
- Track record of working on projects from cradle to grave
- Passionate, ambitious and highly motivated
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
