Your new company
A reputable Tier 3 Commercial Builder requires an experienced Site Manager to join the team in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs. This well established company pride themselves on their ability to deliver an exceptional service and develop strong, long lasting relationships with repeat clients. Due to a steady increase in workflow, a permanent position is available immediately for the right candidate.
Your new role
- Site Management of projects ranging between $1M and $20M
- Conducting toolbox meetings
- Ensuring OH&S quality standards are met on site
- Coordinating trades and working alongside the PM to ensure the smooth running of day to day operations
What you'll need to succeed
- You MUST have at least 3 + years’ experience in a Site Manager role for a Commercial builder in the local Melbourne market
- Experience in the delivery of Commercial projects in excess of $5M
- Trade qualifications in building
- Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
- A strong attention to detail
