The Role
The company is looking for an Estimator to work under the Senior Estimator and develop all the skills to price commercial projects.
You will;
- Analyse the documentation and send information to the subbies for quotation
- Conduct a site visit where appropriate
- Measure the projects
- Communicate with subbies at all times
- Close the tender
You will learn to price projects across a range of sectors. Your measuring skills will be developed to the highest standards and talking to subbies will become second nature to you.
The Person
To apply for this position you will need;
- A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
- At least 5 years experience measuring - Commercial or residential
- A strong work history
- Reliable References
