Are you interested in an opportunity to be part of a successful building company delivering a range of high-end boutique and medium density, multi-level projects?
Working with an experienced Design Manager, we offer an attractive package & opportunities to grow for suitable candidates.
The role includes;
Implementation of project delivery processes to ensure projects are handed over efficiently, including;
- CMP & PWN applications
- Planning Permit and Building Permits
- Authority Requirements
Assisting Design Development of Projects including;
- Design Meeting minutes,
- VM Schedules to achieve required VMs,
- Setup FF&E Schedule (including ordering of VM samples, to finalize VMs)
- Review of pre-contract apartment customizations and costings for approval
Ensure all documents are captured for initial Permit applications to commence works, including;
- Stage 1 Application requirements by RBS
- Co-ordination of documents for applications
- Early Works procurement
- Attend and minute meetings
- Assist D&C Manager with daily operations
- Preparation of Handover notes for project delivery team
About You
You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated project coordination skills, and decision-making abilities;
plus proven experience in coordinating construction projects from tender to award.
- Excellent research & sourcing skills, specifically understanding construction methodologies & processes
- Ability to use Cheops would be preferable, but not essential as we provide training;
- Excellent computer skills ie Microsoft Office incl Word, Excel, pdf Editor
- Knowledge of the construction industry and an understanding of construction terminology and framework. Includes the ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.
- Commitment and passion for construction; ability to connect concept through to the details.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
- High level of motivational and organizational skills.
- Excellent administrative skills with an attention to detail and follow-up.
