Bathurst is currently booming with projects in the education, retail, aged care and public facilities sectors on the card for FY 18/19. This is your opportunity to join a growing builder in a location that shows no sign of slowing.

Your new role

• Management of the project teams (CA, SM and Foreman)
• Design management and budget development
• Procurement and contracts management
• Cost control
• All project reporting
• Communicating with stakeholders across the project

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a Project Manager role within the commercial building sector
• Construction management degree or equivalent experience in the construction sector
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be willing to relocate to Bathurst
