We have a number of great opportunities to join our Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast teams as a full-time Cadet.

This position offers a hands-on introduction to Contract Administration, Quality Assurance, Design and Estimating whilst providing general assistance to our team. This diverse role will include invaluable mentoring and advice from seasoned Construction Professionals.

The position is ideal for a 2nd, 3rd or 4th year Construction Management graduate looking for an opportunity to compliment your studies with practical, hands on experience.

You will be a self-starter who is safety-conscious, having responsibility for assisting with:

• Review of contract and preparation of sub-contractor agreements
• Preparation of cost reports and processing of payment claims and invoices
• Coordination of consultant meetings & taking minutes
• Accurately and timely distributing documents and specifications
• Quality assurance, safety and environmental inspections

You will need to:

• Be studying or have recently completed a construction related degree or equivalent
• Be self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Have excellent people and communication skills
• Have great time management and prioritisation
• Have previous experience in construction which will be a distinct advantage but not essential.
• Be interested in joining a team, not just a company.
