The Company

Our client is a commercial builder who have been operating for 25 years and deliver projects to include apartments, community centers, education and mixed commercial such as sports pavilions. The directors have a wealth of experience in the industry and therefore they have strong systems and construction knowledge. They are currently going through a growth period and hence are looking for a Contract Administrator to join the team.

About you

Degree qualified
1 plus years experience as a Project Coordinator or Contract Administrator
Great negotiation skills
Great communication written and verbal
