Project Manager for Tier-2 Builder in Sydney. They have been successfully working with key clients across Commercial, Fit-out and Refurbishment projects for over 28 years. They have a strong team culture emphasised by weekly drinks, monthly activities and bi-annual company conferences.

The Role

• You will have full autonomy and have sole responsibilities on delivering your Project.
• You will be working in a large organisation, working closely with your given team to deliver key Construction Projects up to $100m+.
• You will have worked on projects across commercial, retail shopping centres, industrial sheds & aged care projects will offer you sector variety. Setting programs and budgets from design stages through to handover
• Managing client and consultant relationships
• Going out to external Consultants
• Key focus on Design elements of project - Engaging and controlling Designers
• Managing Civils Works
• Various correspondence with councils
• Managing the Design and Construct projects
• Management of Site Supervisors
• Driving construction teams and subcontractors on site
• Bringing projects in on time, to quality and under budget

  
The Candidate

• A minimum 6 - 10 years' experience working in Project Management.
• You will have experience of working on projects in excess up to $100m+
• Design & Construct & Fit Out and Refurb experience is highly advantageous
• Well-rounded project experience with major retail Commercial and Industrial experience is of preference
• Will have had front-end design experience
• Will have previously managed multiple projects
• A solid Contract Administration background
• A good solid third-tier background
