Redpath are very proud to be partnering with an industry leading construction company, who are continuing to deliver and grow in the Sydney market. Due to a successful amount of projects won, in excess of $500m, they are looking to recruit Project Engineer for their luxury apartment project in the Eastern Suburbs. 
  
The company have capability across the Residential (high & low rise), Aged Care and Commercial (hotels, education, retail) sectors. 73% of their work is repeat business and 55% is negotiated - they attribute their continued success to the stability, diversity and experience of its established team.

Job role:

• Contractor management 
• Implementing the most efficient and effective construction methodology
• Highlighting any issues that would have significant implication on time, cost and safety
• Co-ordinating, monitoring and reporting progress of work on site. 
• Managing design and construction issues by liaising with all relevant stakeholders 
• Taking responsibility for compliance 

 
The ideal candidate will:

• Have worked in the residential and/or commercial building sector as a Project Engineer
• Have a Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree
• Be from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder background
• Be keen to progress in a diverse and growing business
