We are currently seeking a Project Manager to commence work managing an array of Land Development projects around Melbourne. Our client is a highly reputable Engineering Consultancy based in Melbourne. 

As a result of continued growth, this position has been offered to a Project Manager on a permanent basis. To be successful in obtaining this role, you must have a Civil Engineering degree along with possessing previous experience working as a Project Manager on Land Development projects. It is a key requirement in this role that you are comfortable liaising with several stakeholders on a day to day basis. 

You will be a part of the planning and delivery of all work relating to your projects, this will range from ensuring that projects are being completed on time and to budget and ensuring that all work on site is progressing at the client has requested. Apart of your role will be to manage all documents and paperwork and make sure they are up to date and correct as well as attending meetings and presenting updates on the state of work.
