• 3 month contract position
• Mainly Monday to Friday
• $50-$65 hour + Super

Busy builder seeking a proven SM to help finish off a unit development near Ringwood.

In this role you will report to the Construction Manager and will oversee the day to day running of the site. You will manage and coordinate trades and subcontractors whilst also ensuring the site is kept clean and that OHS is being met. 

To Be Considered: 

• Trade Qualifications & a strong understanding of residential construction techniques 
• Site Management experience in residential
• Strong working knowledge of programming projects & ability to read plans
• Proven ability to manage trades and contractors
