Civil Foreman / Supervisor required for a major road construction project in Melbourne's West.

Your new company
Our client are a well-known and well respected civil contractor that operate across Australia. Having recently secured a diverse VicRoads’ project, they now seek a Civil Foreman to join them on a permanent basis. The project you’ll be working on is circa $45m and includes the duplication of a road, improved intersections, new off road ramps and the construction of two new bridges.

Your new role
You’ll be working closely with experienced Project Managers and Engineers to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget and safely. You will be motivating a team, ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule at the same time managing plant and paperwork.

What you'll need to succeed
We’re looking to speak to Civil Foreman that already have experience working on road construction projects, ideally for VicRoads, but this isn’t essential. The ideal candidate will be well organised, have strong communication skills and be able to lead a team.
