WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

As a project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing of multiple large projects with a combined value of over $100M. You will be dealing with authority, AusGrid, Sydney Water etc. You will be liaising with construction managers and dealing with your responsibilities based on a practical view rather than a theoretical view.

WHAT ARE MY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES?

Forecasting
Cost control
Client management
WHS management
Contracts management
Negotiations
Deal with government entities
Budgeting

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO I NEED TO BE CONSIDERED?

Tertiary qualification in a building related discipline
Experience with project management for mid-tier companies
Excellent problem solving skills and people management
Ability to speak with Clients and build relationships
Strong written and verbal communication
