The Company
A large project home builder based in North West Sydney, who are one of the most respected builders in NSW are looking for a supervisor. They have put a huge emphasis on putting customers first and have great systems in place. The office support is second to none and you will have a great customer service team with you every step of the way. There is a full time training supervisor on board who develops every supervisor.
Key Requirements
- Excellent building knowledge
- Trade qualified
- Cert IV Building or clerk of works
- Project home experience highly beneficial
- Supervising experience in residential building - renovations, additions, knock down rebuilds or new homes would all be considered
- Managed multiple jobs simultaneously
- Excellent organisation skills
- Good administration skills
- Great with clients and resolving issues
- positive attitude and well presented
What You will Do
- Manage the construction of up to 15 new homes in the Marsden Park area
- Coordinate trades and schedule materials
- Manage clients
- Problem solve
