About the company: 
This multi trade construction company are very proud of their long history in the market and have grown significantly in the last 30 years. They have grown to be a main player in public housing restoration and upgrade work. They work in the Sydney Metropolitan area, but work has also been undertaken in Newcastle, Wollongong, Southern Highlands and Cooma due to the flexibility of their employment system.
  
About the Role: 
This is an office-based role where you ill be liaising with key stake-holders, organising trades, co-ordinating with site supervisors & contracts administrators and updating files and documents.  You will be exposed to projects up to $30 Million in value so attention to detail will be needed.
 
Duties:
  

• Run between 1 & 3 jobs at any one time
• Maintain effective communication with key stake-holders, trades, sub-contractors and the client
• Build and maintain effective relationships
• Maximise project profitability and assume overall and assume overall accountability for the delivery of projects
• Manage any variances or enquiries from the client and provide efficient and accurate information

  
Skills and Experience:  

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role or a Junior role within a construction company
• Strong ability to drive projects whilst delivering quality products
• Ability to provide technical input and advice to integrate with the overall delivery of the project
• Strong and effective communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stake-holders
