Job Description
Due to increased projects in the pipeline and potential future projects we are seeking highly motivated and qualified Project Managers to join our team in Perth. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on complex client-side projects and programs of work. This role is suited to an experienced professional, with a building and/or construction background and management skills.
Key responsibilities
Full Project lifecycle project management including:
- Project planning and definition
- Project scheduling and project coordination
- Design management
- Preparing project briefs
- Procurement and preparing tender documents
- Contract management & administration
- Stakeholder management
- Project financial management
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering, quantity surveying, architecture or construction related field;
- 3-5 years’ experience in Project Management;
- Demonstrated appreciation of construction methodologies and services engineering;
- Relevant experience in challenging and complex projects or programs as a Project Manager;
- An understanding and experience with a range of delivery methodologies in particular Managing Contractor, Head Contractor, and/or Design and Construct;
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner;
- AIPM Certified Practising Project Manager certification or equivalent would be viewed favourably.
