Your new company
Hays Property is working in partnership with a global property consultancy, who is looking for an experienced Project Director who thrives on delivering quality projects, across a diverse & complex platform of healthcare projects.
Your new role
Over-seeing a number of public and private healthcare projects across the NSW area, as the Project Director you will strategically oversee, monitor, support and consult with internal and external stakeholders.
The key measurable for this Project Director’s position is based on:
- Forging and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Be their “go to” for anything queries relating to the project.
- Managing enquiries effectively and in a professional manner.
- Build, support and cultivate a strong projects team.
- Deliver the build to a high standard, on time and to budget.
- Maintain excellent rapport with contractors and subcontractors.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for people with strong property related experience. Perhaps you have a mixture of contractor and client side expertise and want to pave a definitive career towards a more consultative role.
Applicants will be considered based on the following skills and experience:
- Sharp project delivery skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship building ability.
- You'll have previous experience in the construction industry.
- NSW experience is desired. Australian experience is essential.
- Exposure to multi-million dollar programmes of work.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A strong understanding of construction methodologies is a must.
- Experience of liaising with stakeholders & clients.
