Your new company
This established organisation based in the Mascot area requires an articulate and enthusiastic customer service specialist to assist with high volume phone and email based enquiries. This growing business provides a supportive working environment with passionate team members.
Your new role
Due to the substantial growth within the business a customer service specialist position has become available, your role will include but is not limited to:
- You will be the first point of contact and deal with all correspondence, phone calls and emails.
- Managing diaries and organising meetings
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints
- Ensure/maintain customer satisfaction
- Assisting with personal tasks
- Creating presentations and reports based on findings
Various other tasks to support the team
What you'll need to succeed
- Must have previous customer service experience
- Experience in a wholesale environment is preferred
- A successful candidate will possess problem solving skills, a high level of communication and interpersonal skills.
- Your positive attitude and exceptionally friendly personality with your ability to prioritise and multitask duties will help ensure your success.
- Have excellent time management and attention to detail.
