This is a full time, permanent position focusing on providing the highest level of customer service to new and existing clients. Our office is located in Mascot, NSW 2020.

The Position:

Working as part of a small but close customer service team, you will be pivotal in providing customer service to a variety of customers as well as office administration. You will liaise heavily with customers and suppliers to identify and resolve any concerns. Working hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:00pm.
 

Your responsibilities will consist of:

• Customer service via phone, email and via online chat.

• Deliver product knowledge to customers, incorporating all company services.

• Complete client quotations, service order follow-up & tracking.

As you will be adaptable and a self-motivated employee, you will also enjoy a varied role and assist with other general office tasks and Export / Import functions.

To be successful in your application you will meet the following criteria:

• Be eligible and willing to complete a Certificate lll Customer Contact Traineeship. 

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

• Excellent customer service ability

• Computer skills, including MS Office

• Be customer focused and reliable

• Must hold permanent residency or an unrestricted work permit to be considered for this role.

• Good problem solving and investigation skills

• Minimum two years experience in Customer Service
