Working in this team, you will be contacted by customers and connect the customers in a timely manner, to the right specialist for lending and servicing enquiries.

Your duties will include:

• Liaise with a diverse range of customers

• Assess customer situations and provide relevant solutions

• Contacting the customer to guide them through the process

• Liaising with the different departments and relaying any customer queries

• Quality checking of your work and verifying the application

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Demonstrated experience working for a Bank/Financial Services Institution

• Strong administrative skills, high computer literacy and attention to detail

• Proactive approach to your work and to be a team player

• Full Australian working rights

• Immediately available and interested in long term temp assignments
