The Company:

An innovative Australian owned company with a national footprint, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their growing team in Western Sydney

The candidate:

Management of leads and sales enquiries
Building rapport with existing and new customers
Setting up appointments with Architects and builders
Following projects from inception through to design and tender phase
Participate in daily/weekly meetings to discuss KPI’s
Monthly reporting
Processing of sales orders
Quote jobs
Exceptional customer service skills both written and verbal
Proven phone sales skills and the ability to close a sale
Desire to work towards and exceed targets and KPI’s
