Bergmans Auto Group has a vacancy for an experienced Service Advisor position to join our team located at Rockingham. The position full time Monday to Friday and is available for an immediate start.
Your duties will involve, but not be limited to:
- Providing top quality and outstanding service experience to our customers, handling customer enquiries, bookings and feedback
- Retail Service Advisor role in a fast growing dealership
- Liaising with workshop staff on service and repair requirements
- Responsible for all aspects of warranty claims and related issues, ensuring factory payments and internal accounts reconcile each month.
Preferred skills:
- Retail Service Advisor experience preferred
- Warranty Claims and administration experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Products
- Current manual drivers licence
- Self motivated and the ability to work in a team
- Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail
- Professional presentation with a friendly and approachable personality
- An ability to multi-task
