This is a full time role requiring a switched ON Customer Service Operator, with demonstrated knowledge of customer order taking, suppliers inventory, stock availability and ensuring integrity and consistent deliveries happen in a flash! You will need plenty of spark and your strong organisation and communication skills will ensure you manage customer expectations professionally. Administration will also be a strong attribute across the database information and an understanding of scheduling delivery procedures will be beneficial, while supporting the sales team with your knowledge and experience.
