About Relief Customer Service Representative

As Relief Customer Service Representative, you will based at one of our Sydney Branches and have the opportunity to travel and work across various Branch locations. This opportunity will enable you to build relationships with co-workers and our customers.  

You will act to ensure that customer's immediate service  needs are met and identify opportunities by understanding their broader financial needs and referring more complex banking matters to specialist team members.

Key responsibilities:

  • Cash handling
  • Building relationships with new and existing customers
  • Cross selling the Bank's products and services
  • Creating and maintaining customer profiles and records
  • Opening accounts, handling general enquiries, exchanging money, international transfers
  • Reporting, checking and comprehensive compliance

 

About You

The ideal candidate will:

  • Experience in Banking and/or sales
  • Be passionate about providing exceptional and premium customer service
  • Build working relationships and supporting team initiatives
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have the motivational drive to deliver referrals and sales
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Have proficient numerical skills and confidence in handling cash
