Currently seeking an experienced Technical Support Executive, you will play an integral role in delivering unparalleled customer service to clients. While maintaining our client's reputation for ease of transaction and friendly service. You will be technically minded and have a passion to be able to resolve issues and escalations for customers quickly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate…

We are looking for candidates who have had local experience in Customer Services from the Telco industry. You will be expected to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing as well as using computers whilst talking to customers.

• Ideally 5 years' experience in a high volume customer service role, within a technical support role
• 2 years’ experience in a leadership role
• Experience within the Telco industry handling level 1 and 2 escalations
• Excellent communication skills; both spoken and written.
• Master of multitasking; ability to manage several systems and tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail and a technical mind
• Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. Committed to exceeding key performance indicators.
• Continuously focus on system improvements and quality standards.
• Local Experience required as a familiarity with legislation and compliance is essential
• Proficient in MS Office and experience using CRM systems
• Team orientated with the ability to work collaboratively as well as autonomously
