Are you an experienced contact centre trainer who is interested in using your skills and experience in a slightly different way? Or perhaps you are a Team Leader or 2IC who would love to focus more on training and quality?

We are proud to be recruiting a Contact Centre Trainer based in the Melbourne CBD. This business operates in a market that is constantly changing and this role is of vital importance. Dealing with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders we are seeking an outgoing and charismatic leader.
 
Key responsibilities of this position:
  • As a Trainer you will take full responsibility for designing and delivering the training program in a contact centre environment.
  • Onboarding and training new employees in regards to products, systems, customer service and sales.
  • Working with existing and experience staff to upskill and improve performance and outcomes. 
  • Provide strong leadership across the business.
  • As a QA Manager you will manage 2 staff and ensure that quality standards are met both internally and with external stakeholders.
  • Manage and oversee regulatory, compliance and quality requirements and standards.
  • Work closely with the Contact Centre Manager, Team Leaders and agents at all levels to ensure training and quality outcomes are appropriate.
The ideal candidate we are seeking will:
  • Love working in a contact centre environment!
  • Have previous leadership experience - be it as a Team Leader, a 2IC or Trainer.
  • Be passionate about training, coach and developing staff.
  • Be an influencer - someone who is able to work with multiple people or stakeholders in an effective way.
  • Confidentially communicate in both group and individual settings.
  • Have worked in a regulated environment (e.g. banking, insurance or utilities).
