Odyssey Training and Leadership Directions work with some of Australia's leading corporate and government organisations to deliver high quality leadership, professional development and IT training to their managers, teams and front-line staff.

Recently acquired by SGS Australia, an exciting full-time opportunity exists in our growing business for an experienced Sales and Customer Service Consultant to deliver excellent customer service, develop customer relationships and obtain sales through our existing client base.

We are looking for someone who wants to build a successful career in Sales and Customer Service.  Our ideal candidates will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, you are friendly, energetic, motivated and results driven, enjoy phone selling and thrive on working within a team environment.

What we will need from you?

  • A positive outlook, willingness to get involved and contribute
  • A go-getter with the ability to work autonomously
  • Proven sales history including consulting with customers to help them find the right solution based on their needs
  • Experience supporting customers before, during and after the sale
  • Great people skills including the ability to establish credibility and build rapport with customers both over the phone and via email.
  • Attention to detail including experience using a CRM including tracking call and sales activities

This role ideally suits a team player who wants to work with a positive and motivated group of people.
