About the role:
As the successful Resource Planning Manager, you will bring experience in managing a workforce planning team within a contact centre environment.
You will play a key role in supporting the strategic direction of the Customer Services Branch through targeted analysis and specialist advice on operational resource planning matters for a large contact centre.
