Seeking a Junior Team Leader to join a well established Education provider

Your new company
We are looking for an experienced customer service focused individual to step up into a junior team leading role. You will need to be able to help mange a small team, help training as well as, assist potential students in selecting the next step in their education.
My client requires a flexible, customer service focused individual to work in their South East branch. Their recent increase in student interest has created a new vacancy for a Team Leader to join in their education inquiries department.


Your new role
You will be working in a vibrant environment, working in a team of 10.
You will be working closely with the Senior Team Leader, helping in training, managing staff as well as, assisting students and potential students.

What you'll need to succeed

• You will need to be flexible with time a location
• Call centre experience is preferred
• MUST have education sector experience
• MUST have relevant and recent inbound call experience
• Strong verbal communication
• Be helpful and patient
• Sales experience is preferred
• Tech savy
