What you’ll do
- Drive day to day team performance, productivity and KPI’s
- Drive high-performance in case management and customer excellence
- Develop a high performing team, building capability and supporting the development of your direct reports.
- Case management including review of cases, escalations and complaints
- Shift coordination
What we need
- Previous experience leading a team
- Prior experience working for a Medical Assistance provider, or similar; insurance environment
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a shift work environment
- A passion for interacting with people
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, dynamic and high performing environment
- Outstanding and highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Availability across a 24/7 roster
