Carpet Call are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our operations team in our Perth office. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be working with a team of industry professionals providing support wherever required, you will liaise directly with the client, sales staff, warehouse, and management team.
Key responsibilities:
- Taking & processing bookings from clients and stores
- Processing invoices & ammendments
- Confirming installations & payment processing
- Complete survey calls
- Manage allocated service issues
- Process paperwork for warehouse
- Manage stock ETA's
- Assist with warehouse stock take
- Customer service as required
