The opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join the team at Cohort Global - our online lead generation business. Working in our Sydney HQ closely with the Head of Omnilead, you’ll be managing the delivery of Omnilead campaigns. 

Here’s what you can expect your to-do list to look like;

  • Working with internal Account Managers to ensure campaigns are implemented on time and to brief
  • Monitoring campaigns to ensure campaign delivery
  • Monitoring calls
  • Call scripting and logic
  • Checking, updating and analysing reports
  • Troubleshooting
  • Managing stakeholder relationships
  • Managing the relationship, day to day and outputs of our overseas call centre in South Africa
  • Planning and reporting

The ideal candidate

We’re looking for someone special.  The ideal candidate will have the confidence and communication skills to proactively manage our suppliers as well as be able to analyse data. 

This role will suit someone with a background in operations, campaign delivery, digital media campaign delivery or call centre operations. 

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Have experience in an operations role, with managing suppliers or with campaign delivery
  • Be a really good communicator with the ability to proactively engage with suppliers overseas
  • Relish a good challenge with natural problem solving abilities
  • Love reading, analysing, creating and interpreting reports and data
  • Own your work and proactively anticipate potential issues before they happen
  • Be thorough and process driven

Having experience working with or within a call centre is highly attractive, but full training will be given to the right person.
