Profusion Group have multiple amazing opportunities for Customer Service Professionals to move into the Financial Services industry and work with a leading Life Insurer.
  
This particular client boasts an excellent company culture with a forward thinking approach. As a result of their growth and success, they require the assistance of a Life Insurance Telephone Interviewer, eager to build a career in this space.

Role Overview:

In this role you will be responsible for obtaining important information from clients/customers which is necessary for the assessment of risk.

This role is a great stepping stone into roles such as underwriting, business analysis within life insurance.

Skills & Experience:

• Degree qualified- Preferably within Health/Medical or Allied Health
• Understanding of medical conditions/terminologies, or nursing experience is ideal
• Exposure to Life Insurance claims or underwriting would be advantageous 
• Demonstrates decisiveness that is supported by broad industry knowledge and experience, and seeks diverse views on complex matters
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven experience in Customer Service roles
• Previous Contact Centre experience will be an advantage
• Track record of delivery and able to prioritise own work
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills
