Job Summary

We are currently seeking Customer Saves Consultant on a permanent basis. This role is perfect for those who are looking for development opportunities and further up skill themselves within the retention space.

Our client is a leading Advertising and Marketing brand in Australia based in the CBD. You will get the chance to work with a fantastic working culture that is supportive of career growth and providing opportunities in a fast-moving environment.

With a strong focus on retaining revenue, you will be interacting with existing customers expressing a desire to cancel their services across our clients broad range of print and digital marketing/advertising solutions. You will demonstrate a high level of adaptability and ability to deal with a variety of objections due to customer dissatisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Team Leader, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Responding to customer requests to downgrade or cancel their products and services
  • Maximising cross sell, up sell and solution selling opportunities on every call
  • Embracing solution selling techniques to maintain and increase customer yield
  • Take ownership of customer escalations and follow through with customer resolutions
  • Maintain a high level of customer administration for all activities
  • Attend regular training session to learn more about new and existing products as well as selling techniques.  
  • Provide quality customer service to all clients and respond to customer contacts within 24 hours.


Requirements:

  • Full working rights
  • Proficiency in computer and call center systems - Salesforce or other large ERP systems highly regarded
  • Time management/organisation track record
  • Ability to perform in a high-volume environment
  • Proven track record in a sales or retention call centre environment 2+ years
  • Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets 
  • Digital marketing & advertising background
  • Outgoing and bubbly individual
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability and strong level of tolerance
