As an Online Customer Service representative you will play a key role in driving exceptional customer service for all our online customers in a positive team environment.

Your day to day will look like:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers including swim fit product advice
• Manage all incoming & outbound calls, customer service inbox and any other communication channels when required
• Drive sales conversion though all customer contact to hit sales targets
• Liaise with third party warehouse and in-house logistics team to ensure online orders are dispatched and returns processed on time

You will come with:

• Exceptional communication skills
• Outstanding customer service, preferably in an online store environment
• Previous experience using magento or ecommerce website back end, AP21 or ERP preferred but not essential
• Confidence in using Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel
• A flexible, organised and solutions-oriented approach with an ability to perform in a fast paced environment
