An exciting opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Customer Service professional, to join their friendly team in Belrose. This is a permanent position within their Medical division, and would suit a committed and customer-focused individual, with prior Customer Service and administration experience and a high attention to detail.

Description

As Customer Service Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Processing orders in SAP and supporting the Sales team
  • Managing customer inquiries and requests via phone, email and eCommerce platforms
  • Liaising with teams in Australia and overseas to resolve any pricing/system issues
  • Providing exceptional Customer Service at all times
  • Updating and managing the customer database and generating reports

Profile

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Prior Customer Service and administration experience
  • Outstanding communication skills, and high attention to detail
  • A positive and customer focused approach
  • Strong organisational and problem solving skills
  • The ability to work with changing priorities and adaptability to change
  • Experience in working in a fast paced and high-pressure environment
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
