This is a permanent position within their Medical division, and would suit a committed and customer-focused individual, with prior Customer Service and administration experience and a high attention to detail.
Description
As Customer Service Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Processing orders in SAP and supporting the Sales team
- Managing customer inquiries and requests via phone, email and eCommerce platforms
- Liaising with teams in Australia and overseas to resolve any pricing/system issues
- Providing exceptional Customer Service at all times
- Updating and managing the customer database and generating reports
Profile
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Prior Customer Service and administration experience
- Outstanding communication skills, and high attention to detail
- A positive and customer focused approach
- Strong organisational and problem solving skills
- The ability to work with changing priorities and adaptability to change
- Experience in working in a fast paced and high-pressure environment
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
