You won’t need experience in the industry as we are looking for a junior customer service representative. The ideal candidate will display a can-do attitude, the drive to succeed, great interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.

You will need to provide industry leading service to our distributors around Australia. A high level of product knowledge is essential for this role, and full training will be provided to the successful applicant. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound phone calls promptly
• Providing answers and advice on general and technical enquiries 
• Responding to email enquiries
• Returns, credits and warranty enquiries
• Assisting with enquiries from other departments
• Entering non-conformance reports when required
• Assisting in quotes & sales
• Assisting in special tasks from Sales Reps
• May be called upon to attend trade shows
• Processing and invoicing of purchase orders, both domestic and international

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of the following:

• Interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-accountability
• Experience in a similar industry and an interest in Rhino-Rack products, camping or 4wding would be an advantage but is not required.
