The Opportunity
Our Melbourne based team is currently seeking a Claims Lodgement Consultant who can provide an exceptional customer experience to our valued clients throughout the lodgement process of their claim.
Who are we looking for?
The successful applicant will support policy holders through the initial claims lodgement process. A strong team player that prides themselves on attention to detail and enjoys working in a dynamic fast paced environment, the successful Claims Lodgement Consultant will have;
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Exceptional administration skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to build strong relationships and build rapport with both internal stakeholders and external clients
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to customer service
