About Our Client
Our client is currently seeking experienced Switchboard Operators to join a dynamic and established team. This exciting role is a 12 month contract with review for extension.
About The Role
In this role, you will be someone who has exceptional customer service skills and high level of professionalism as you will be the main point of contact over the telephone. Your main responsibility will be answering and redirecting calls from the main Switchboard in a busy Government Department.
